In brief
A full marketing rebuild for a bespoke wedding stationery studio - website, imagery, automation and ads.
02
The Challenge
DejaTen designs premium wedding stationery where every suite is created for the couple - no catalogue, no stock designs. That's a genuine point of difference in a market flooded with template invitation shops, and the marketing layer wasn't carrying it. The website was dated, the photography undersold work that's tactile and detailed by nature, and consultation bookings ran on manual back-and-forth.
The demand was there - couples search for wedding invitations constantly, and it's some of the highest-intent search that exists - but with no paid engine and a presence that didn't match the craft, that demand was being won by businesses with weaker products and better shopfronts.

The Approach
Foundation first, systems on top:
New website designed around the work - built to show the craft and convert browsers into consultation bookings
Full reshoot of the range - new photography across the suites, shot to do justice to detail that sells in the hand but has to sell on a screen first
Consultation booking and follow-up automated end to end, replacing inbox back-and-forth for couples who mostly enquire at night
Google Ads built around high-intent wedding stationery searches, capturing couples at the exact moment they're deciding
Bridal expo presence and collateral brought under one consistent brand, so the in-person and online experience finally matched
The sequencing mattered: imagery and site first so every ad click landed on work worth booking a consultation over, automation alongside so enquiries never queued behind a busy studio.
The website and photography finally show the work the way couples see it in person - and the bookings just run themselves now."

The Results
The rebuilt presence turned searching couples into booked consultations - enquiries grew 400% over 6 months, with paid search delivering tracked, measurable demand rather than relying on expo seasons and word of mouth alone.
The lasting part is the systems: bookings, follow-ups and campaigns running without added hours - meaningful for a studio where the same people designing the work were answering every enquiry by hand.
More enquiries, more bookings, and hours back every week. The business runs differently now."
